Deborah Lindsay is currently looking for a position as a CEO of a small to medium-sized mission driven business where she can take her passion for effective leadership to creating and executing a multi-year vision for the company. She writes The Everyday Leader blog to empower people across all walks of life to move into their highest potential for excellence.

Recently graduating from Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco with an MBA in Sustainable Management, Deborah was also the Administrative Director (Head of School) at the Santa Cruz Waldorf School. Deborah turned this school from the brink of closure in 2014 to the most successful operational program in the school's 40 years.

Prior to her position at Waldorf, Ms. Lindsay founded iFundLocal, where she shepherded individuals and organizations through the crowdfunding process – from idea to implementation using smart feasibility planning.

Deborah’s diverse background extends into media, fundraising and even politics,
and includes:

• Futurist, Producer and Host of the radio talk show Tomorrow Matters: Solutions
Of Today For A Better World Tomorrow.

• Co-Founder and Director of Communities for Sustainable Monterey County, a non-
profit regional organization created to mobilize citizens and elected officials to help
local communities transition to the use of sustainable energy and resources.

• City Councilmember of Pacific Grove, CA. Over a two-year elected term,
she oversaw a multi-million dollar budget for financial sustainability & five-year
strategic plan. Ms. Lindsay ran the first national Carbon Neutral campaign in a U.S.
city.

Ms. Lindsay received her B.A. in Culture, Ecology and Sustainable Communities,
from the New College of California, Santa Rosa, and her MBA Cum Laude in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School, San Francisco, CA.
