Deborah Mayne
Deborah Mayne has long been involved with hospitality businesses such as hotels and restaurants. An amateur chef, Deborah Mayne experiments with various cooking and baking recipes, and enjoys visiting restaurants to sample unique dishes. Since 1992, however, Deborah Mayne has not only patronized restaurants; she has designed them as well. Nineteen years ago, Deborah Mayne became the president of Charles Ramm Associates, Inc., a design company with a focus on hospitality businesses. Having acted as both a Project Lead and Senior Project Lead, Deborah Mayne derives pleasure in every aspect of the design process, from conceptualizing new designs and contributing ideas to executing exterior and interior designs as well as mapping out design schedules and planning. Outside of her involvement in projects, Deborah Mayne oversees numerous other activities at Charles Ramm Associates. Deborah Mayne routinely participates in marketing concerns such as campaigns, and also delivers proposals for new concepts. Deborah Mayne has been responsible for some of Charles Ramm Associates' most lauded projects. In a recent issue of Orange Coast magazine, the editors listed their 10 favorite new Orange County restaurants. Charles Ramm Associates had designed two of the establishments hand-selected by the magazine's staff. Deborah Mayne plans to use that momentum in the company's next undertaking: the design of South of Nick's, a contemporary Mexican restaurant.
