An avid traveler and animal lover, I love exploring new places as well as new ideas!

I am passionate about animal and human rights, equality, integrity and kindness. I love to travel and experience new places, and I love to spend time at home with my family - including my gorgeous westie, Jolie Bear, and hanging out with friends - seeing shows, eating out, sharing stories, sharing life.

I love laughing and believe that we are here to enjoy ourselves, as well as to be kind, give back and pay it forward whenever we can.

After a career in senior management in retail (last role - Global Retail Manager for Intrepid Travel), I realised my passion was for effective people management and the key relationship between leaders/managers and their staff, and the impact these relationships had on the employee, and consequently, the customers. In the words of Richard Branson - take care of your people and your people will take care of your customers.

With this in mind, and an awareness that so many small and medium businesses had no idea about how to attract, retain and engage great staff AND that they needed help to protect and manage their business, HR Staff n' Stuff was born.

Commencing in 2008, HR Staff n' Stuff has helped hundreds of small and medium businesses with an enormous range of people 'stuff' - from recruitment to managing unfair dismissal cases - and everything in between including leadership development! We love what we do, and our clients love us. We focus on providing real solutions and down to earth practical advice.

So - with a personal life that I am so very grateful for, and a business that thrives on helping others, life is truly amazing. I am blessed.
