Deborah Ramos Squires is the founder and principal designer of Redux, a Tampa-based hospitality design studio specializing in restaurant interiors, concept development, and multi-unit brand design.

With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality design and restaurant operations, Deborah has contributed to the development of over 100 restaurant locations through new builds, renovations, franchise rollouts, and evolving brand concepts.

Redux partners with restaurant owners, developers, and growing hospitality brands to create spaces that balance guest experience, operational flow, and real-world construction requirements. Services include concept development, interior design, FF&E sourcing, restaurant layout planning, coordination with foodservice equipment consultants, construction documentation, and photorealistic visualization.

Drawing from a background that spans both restaurant operations and design leadership, Deborah brings a practical perspective to hospitality environments. Her work focuses on creating spaces that not only look compelling but function efficiently, support business goals, and enhance the guest experience.
