Deborah Richard has more than 25 years in the recruiting industry and is President of Pedley-Richard and Associates which she founded with Sally Pedley and Hank Stringer in 1994. An accomplished Executive Recruiter, she specializes in executive search in Technology and "hard to fill" engineering positions. Deborah is responsible for leading and managing several client projects as well as the day to day activities of Pedley-Richard.
