My background provides my clients with a unique expertise on how teams best work together, communicate their mission and thrive as individuals. I know how groups can best develop a productive and creative effectiveness from before a hire is made until that hire is developing as a Leader due to time spent as an Account Management Exec in ad agencies and as a Director of Recruiting in HR for Nike.

My career started in Advertising in New York City at Saatchi & Saatchi and continued on the opposite coast at Wieden + Kennedy and Nike. After serving as an Account Manager and a key architect of Nike’s “Just Do It” campaign at W+K, I ultimately found myself at Nike. This switch to the client side and ultimately into HR as a Nike Recruiting Director satisfied my passion for career/team development and change. As a consultant, I share company/team building/change management skills with the Creative, Retail and Entrepreneurial Communities. My focus is a consultancy based on select projects that build brands and teams, while bringing me back to my creative roots in companies that create products, movements, campaigns, communities and productive/inspired individuals.
