I am a clinically-trained, licensed Master's Level social worker with 20+ years of experience in Canada and the US.

My work style is empowering, educative, and supportive. By focusing on identifying your individual strengths, expanding on them, and integrating support and self-care strategies I believe you can reach your goals, feel better, achieve balance, and enjoy your work and life. I utilize a combination of tools including educational resources, solution focused coaching, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindful meditations, integration of creative arts in therapy. Additionally we may consider supplemental referrals to other practitioners who practice massage therapy, reiki, hypnosis and acupuncture. My clients include:
