Debra Durham, PhD
Nonprofit Management, Research, and Data Science in Florida
I help organizations use data to drive change and develop solutions for social good. My toolkit includes innovative science, analytical approaches that transform data into insights, and a commitment to helping others learn.
Much of my scientific and technical work falls into two categories: Conducting research with a special emphasis on how individuals and communities respond to change and stress, and developing strategies and tools that help organizations strengthen and refine programs.
My work has taken me all over the world and I've been fortunate to work on programs across East Africa for more than 20 years. Uganda has a special place in my heart and I an honored to serve as Chair of the Board for Friends of Chimps.
Last but certainly not least, I am the Chief Activities and Snuggling Officer for a sassy, geriatric cat who lets me dabble in travel, writing & other fun stuff.
