As an associate with Watson Realty Corp. for over a dozen years, I have had the pleasure of helping numerous individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. I have sold new construction, re-sales, investment properties and foreclosures and have worked with our wonderful Relocation Department. Each and every transaction has been a learning experience from which I have gained priceless knowledge.

My family moved to Jacksonville in 1962, so I have seen the amazing growth that has taken place over the last four plus decades. When I was in elementary school, I295 was just a dream and Blanding Blvd. was a sparsely populated two lane road through Orange Park. I attended the Kent Campus of FCCJ (now Florida State College) when it was just little white Navy houses and UNF when its only hotspot was the Boathouse. My children were raised here and my parents and siblings still live here, as well.

Jacksonville has blossomed into an incredible city and I can only imagine what the next decade will bring.
