Growing up in Norfolk gave me an inherent love of the outdoors and everything associated with it. In my teenage years and twenties I rebelled and moved to the city giving me my second love retail therapy.

Now living in South Oxfordshire I can pop into London at any time whilst enjoying the countryside around me.

Tagged from an early age as being able to adapt to all social situations my career has centered around Human Resources. I have over 20 years experience across industry sectors with a wide spectrum of technical skills from talent management and reward to organisation design and management coaching. I now specialise in the technology/digital sector and find working with smaller businesses most rewarding.

I am passionate about raising the bar and getting the best from people.
