One CEO referred to me as a "go getter." No job is too big or too small. I'm a seasoned, robust, versatile manager with 18 years of leadership and a record of achievements in all facets of human resources, administrative operations and executive services. Driving organizational change and spurring growth are exciting challenges. Past accomplishments that are my proudest involve developing and growing subordinates and facilitating their career growth. Functions that may set me apart from other professionals involve multifunctional experiences such as collaborating with senior officer on organizational strategy and implementation, proactively addressing regulatory issues, collaborating on organizational governance strategies, working closely with boards of directors on policies and succession, managing employee relations, handling sensitive human resources investigations, recruiting the best top talent, planning for smooth business continuity, reducing expenses in key programs, working with the CEO on restructuring and right sizing, and planning M & A events. Like many professionals, my work has a tendency to define me. However, I have learned to balance work and family. Travel, reading, and enjoying KC hot spots comprise my personal time.
