My purpose for creating this blog is to document my lifting. I will also occasionally review articles which I feel need repeating with reference to the original authors. I will also share my views on diet and nutrition in some posts along the way..
My training log will be linked below which you will see runs back as far as July 2013 when I started in a CrossFit box. This log was meant for my own personal use originally so please excuse any language if I haven't removed it yet :P
