Biography

Declan Kalfman is Originally from the town of Bakersfield, CA Steve Kalfman resides with his daughter in Lacey Washington serving in the United States Army before he’s deployment to Syria For a peacekeeping mission. He’s raised Catholic, he’s an Animal lover. Declan loves to cook, travel, hike, reading, walking on the beach and park.

He grew up as an orphan in an orphanage home in CA. He graduated from a public school and received he’s commission, he later joined the United States Army Academy because he could not afford the University at that time so the US Government took care of he’s tuition.

After he’s Graduation, He joined the US Army and have been doing great until this position. He also hold a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland USA. His passion and love for the military stems from his belief in selfless service, putting the welfare of others before he’s own. Having been involved in multiple charity organizations, to include Montana Wildfire Relief and Habitat for Humanity, Declan believes success is not valued with what you have, but with what you are able to give to others. Fast forward 20 years down the road and looking forward to he’s retirement. He has always had the zeal to serve humanity so He decided to join the army and because He also like to be in the position to save the weak people from oppression.
