My days are spent working for IBM as Digital Learning & Development professional (so organizing and delivering virtual trainings, making videos, photos, animations, graphics, social media, campaign design, live stream...)

I'm a strong advocate of mindfulness for what I'm active in IBM and on YouTube with ThePresentShow and the Mindfulness@IBM podcast

I like to have conversation and learn from others that's why I'm doing this podcast in Slovakia where I live MySlovakExperience

I'm also convinced about the positive effect of open, transparent communication in and outside the company that's why I've been not using e-mails for about 8 years and I'm working with IORG to spread the word about these topics to reduce information overload in the world.
