I hope we're all having a great Memorial weekend, but of course we all know that isn'nt always true for many, if you are that's great I am happy for you, and if your not I truely hope things get better. I look forward to know what you know about real estate; I want to interact with you; as to what level of knowlege is to what expertise in knowledge I may offer you.

You maybe an investor offering a great seminar; & yes I am interested; in formulas to that degree of experience; but right now my job is to sell real estate; & help. So helping out is what this forum for me; is all about. I first need to check my legalgalities; till then keep me in mind for casual real estat talk. o.k
