What a fascinating journey I'm on. I didn't realize until much later in life that all that "Change Angel" stuff I was doing in the workplace actually meant that I had an entrepreneurial spirit. Actually more of the social entrepreneur spirit. Everything that I do has always been centered around diversity, equity and inclusion.

I'm spending most of my time on the STEM+Arts program for underrepresented youth called iUrban Teen. That's my passion. Learn about it at

All of my passions are:

- iUrban Teen which exposes the world of STEM+Art careers to youth of color

- Mosaic Blueprint a diversity consulting firm

- Mosaic Metier a diversity job board

- The Portland Metro Diversity Employment Network
