· Good experience in 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing & Rapid Prototyping of metal porous structure implant generation and customized implant making.

· Experience in Static and Dynamic Mechanical Testing of Implants according to ASTM Standards such as ASTM F543, ASTM F382, ASTM F384, ASTM F1717, ASTM F1264.

· Good experience of FEA & Reverse Engineering methods and tools.

· Experience in generating all Design Control documents, including BMR, MFR, Validation Master Plan(VMP), Gap Analysis, Remediation Plan, PFMEA, DFMEA, Design Specifications, IQ, OQ, DQ and PQ test Protocols, Traceability Matrices, Test Method Validation, Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs), and Validation Summery Reports for Design History Files(DHF).

· Strong knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) - ASME Y14.5-2009 and Limits & Fits

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing process of VMC, CNC MAZAK etc. and inspection tools as VMM, Profile projector etc.
