I am a mechanical engineer by profession with over 10 years of experience. I enjoy expressing my views via writing and cherish studying books. I have the target of becoming financially independent by the age of 50 and go on a world tour. However, this seems a bit difficult in the job.

So , few years back I started to look out for ways to pursue my goal and started trading . Initially, I was a day trader and then later on transformed to swing trader. Now I invest mostly. I have been a student of technical analysis and now learning fundamental analysis too.

I trade fully discretionary and I have modeled my own personal trading strategy over the years. I am obsessed when it comes to analyzing my trades and making tweaks improve my trading. My engineering background helped a lot in my analytical skills.My edge lies in breakout setups and identifying high probability mean reversion scenarios. I have been trading for 5/6 years now .I apply a lot of statistics to my risk and money management .You can say I am a risk manager.
