I am a certified human potential coach, transformational leadership coach, executive coach, leadership coach and country ambassador of Alliance of Asia Pacific Coaches and have been engaged in working towards helping individuals, executives and corporates achieve the best of their potential. I believe that each and every one of us has locked potential that can be unleashed when our DOING is aligned with our BEING. The process of discovering true potential and working on it is a continual journey and often, a catalyst is needed to discover our true self.

With this thought in mind, I have, for long, aspired to bring about a change in the lives and journey of growth and development of those who wish to make a difference in the world and leave a mark behind. It has been both a privilege and an enriching experience to coach and trains a number of established executives, CEOs, COOs, and founders of prestigious firms. Besides this, I have been fortunate to experience the fulfillment that comes with having been a mentor to many students, individuals, and startup entrepreneurs. In my journey, I have worked in collaboration with a number of businesses to help their employees realize their capabilities and enhance performance and increase efficiency.

It was my wish, will, and determination to help people reach the pinnacle of success that led me to lay the foundation of PHRENIMOS.COM, a management consulting and leadership coaching firm. The company has been developed with an aim to provide a common and well-interfaced platform to individuals, executives and entrepreneurs/corporates to seek help and guidance as and when required. Along with my team of well trained, experienced and skilled coaches, I endeavor to leave no stone unturned to help anyone who seeks our guidance. The three programs: FIRST, PRIDE and DEER, offered by the firm are for individuals, executives, and corporate leaders respectively and are run with the intention of giving the best aid possible for helping them in accomplishing their goals. It is our vision to become the Coaching Voice of Asia Pacific and bring the benefits and power of coaching at every workplace and home.
