Deepali Vyas is the founder of Fearless+, an EdTech startup empowering the next generation of leaders. She is also an executive coach and career strategist based in New York City. She coaches, speaks and writes about how to navigate the changing world of work.

Deepali began her career at Lucent Technologies before moving into executive search. In her recent role at Korn Ferry, she leads the Global FinTech and Applied Intelligence Practice, advising and coaching executives at every level. With the ever-changing landscape in technology, Deepali has been focused on the white space that exists between technology and finance, working with a number of startups in the FinTech, Data Science and Quantitative Investing space.

Deepali is regularly quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Business Insider, FundFire and many other publications.

She also serves on the Big Data Advisory Board for Rutgers University and Correlation One.
