Deepanshu Joshi is a Indian lawyer, who specialises in Civil, Criminal, Commercial law. He primarily practices at the High Court of Delhi in India but also appears before various High Courts, District & Sessions Court throughout India, he is also seen at various tribunals and forums in Delhi. He is also one of the youngest Indian lawyer to be appointed as an "Amicus Currie" by the Saket District & Sessions Court in a Criminal Case at the young age of just 23'Years. He is enrolled with Bar counsel of Delhi and also with the All India Bar Association. He is also the founder of the New Delhi based Law firm Deepanshu Joshi & Co. which provides which provides legal expertise and legal services for Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Intellectual Property Right (Copyrights & Trademark) related litigation & in Corporate matters.'

As a Lawyer-

Deepanshu Joshi began his legal career by starting a law internship with a litigating lawyer who was doing chamber practise at The High Court of Delhi, later he pursued 12 internships with different Jurist, Law Firm and Judges, Since then he has obtained legal training and worked with the likes of Shardul Amarchand Mangal Das & Co., Dhir & Dhir Associates, P & A Law Offices and for a very short period of time under Hon'ble Justice Gita Mittal who is the former Acting Chief Justice of Delhi High Court. Deepanshu Joshi started Litigating career straight after graduating from Amity law School Delhi. He started with litigation under the mentor ship of Advocate. Karnail Singh The President Of Saket Court Bar Association. later in 2019 Deepanshu Joshi started his own law firm in New Delhi called Deepanshu Joshi & Co. Deepanshu Joshi fought his very first case at the young age of 24 in the court of Shri. Deepak Sherawat, LD MM, Patiala House Court, contesting a bail application for the accused in an Arms Act and IPC section 378 case registered by the special cell of the police at P.S. Lodhi colony. Deepanshu Joshi later came to be noted for his appearance as "Amicus Currie" in court of Shri. Gulshan Kumar, Ld MM, Saket Court in the matter of state vs yogender saroi which was a case registered under Arms Act and IPC.
