Business Consultant, Web Developer, and Firearm Training Expert in Virginia
👋 About Me — Dee Parker
I’m Dee Parker — entrepreneur, U.S. Army veteran, firearms instructor, and metaverse creator focused on turning bold ideas into real-world impact.
I’m the founder of Trouble Defense LLC, one of Virginia’s leading firearms training academies. With 8 years of U.S. Army service and 10+ years in advertising and marketing, I deliver training that is practical, empowering, and built for real-life confidence. During my military career, I served as an instructor and evaluator for the Army Best Warrior Competition, training and assessing soldiers on warrior tasks, weapons handling, and performance standards.
I’ve had the privilege of training civilians, law enforcement, military personnel, and precision shooters — from first-time gun owners to advanced professionals — with a strong emphasis on safety, performance, and mindset. One of my proudest accomplishments is developing a firearms training program for blind and low-vision students, proving that accessibility belongs in every industry — especially ours.
Beyond the range, I work in graphic design, SEO, web development, YouTube strategy, and consulting, helping people and brands grow across both physical and digital spaces.
I’m also a co-owner of JACO Enforcement Services, a security and personal protective services company based in Maryland, supporting the DC Metro area. Our team is contracted at various locations throughout the region, providing A1 professional security services with a focus on presence, preparedness, and professionalism.
I also help manage the fast-growing YouTube channel “Shoot the Shhh,” a women’s empowerment platform that reached nearly 4,000 subscribers and 100,000+ views in under 90 days.
Before entrepreneurship, I spent 15 years as a Logistics Manager at the Pentagon Motor Pool, supporting mission readiness through transportation and supply coordination.
Today, I’m full-time in business — driven by service, inclusion, innovation, and helping people win, whether in real life or the virtual world.
