Hi. Just to share a little bit about myself, I am a happily married man entering the senior years of my life. I'll be 66 on Aug.14th. I get to work that night too. I've come to find out that "Retirement". isn't what I had heard it was all my life. I pictured lounging around in comfy clothes, walking by the shore of some good "fishing" lakes, socializing with some folks, playing my guitar, doing some new recordings, and enjoying time with my lovely wife, Linda Tressler..... As it turns out, though I officially retired in October of last year, and due to such decisions as living under a roof, eating, enjoying the benefits of electricity, water and the likes, I have found it necessary to return to the work field.... Oh, it's not a hard job, and I'm not complaining... I know some people that would giveanything, just to be able to work... so working is a privilege . For the past 25 years, I have had the blessing of being a Professional Massage Therapist. When in practice, I learned the arts of Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity, Thai, Swedish Accupressure, and Reflexology, as well as Homeopathy. I haven't stopped my massage totally, I still use my acupressure to get rid of headaches in a matter of minutes, and without drugs. God is so good to me. I always tell my clients the truth. It's Jesus that has healed them, He has just allowed me to be a vessel. HE's the Healer, I am but a man. Yes, I am a born again, Spirit filled , BLESSED servant of The Lord. I get to play music at my church, Faith Tabernacle, in Marion, NC. It's on top the hill across from Marion Oil, and our service hours are Sunday 10:00 a.m., and 6:30 p.m., and Wednesday 7:00. Lately, I have been working Saturday nights, and missing Sunday morning services, but Lord willing, I'll be there on Sunday nights. On Wednesday, I generally get there a little early, so come on over and see The Holy Spirit moving. Our Pastor and his wife are Harold, and Joyce Davis.Occasionally, we have cookouts in the fellowship hall, everybody brings something and we all enjoy.... Can't bring anything... Not to worry, there's always more than enough. If you'd like to hear some of my music, I have a channel on http://www.youtube.com under the identity of mci29527. If I had known a few years back, that I couldn't change the name of my channel, I would have made it easier to find. I started playing at age 7. If you do listen to some of my music, I just hope you enjoy.
