I am a leadership facilitator, executive coach, and co-founder of Aurum Leadership. My work focuses on helping leaders and teams develop the human capabilities that allow organizations to thrive — trust, emotional intelligence, clear communication, and shared ownership.

Together with my co-founder, Devi, I co-created Aurora, a leadership and culture development platform that brings together a decade of field-tested programs for leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational culture.
