I am a wanderer by heart, I love exploring unknown horizons. With an initial fascination for IT, I started with B.Tech (IT) and become an IT Professional. But I always felt trapped, like stuck in a long queue. Moving further only by the push from behind and not being able to move any further and faster at my own pace, scared of leaving only available familiar place. But as they say that you can not be somebody else for long, and so couldn't I. I felt a strong need for connecting with the real world, and do things that I could see, touch, and feel. I started meeting people who were doing more in life and learning from them. They weren’t very rich in pockets but were rich at heart. Their faces showed joy, happiness, a lot of other emotions, but above all, they showed satisfaction, which I found missing everywhere, including my space. So I decided to follow my heart, and since then life never disappointed me. And here I am, meeting people, knowing their story, and learning social science. I call myself a Social Scientist. In doing so I stumbled upon an interesting concept called Agile, which further connected me to other hyper-productivity and growth dynamos. My career path changed to that of an Agile Consultant and further to a productivity consultant/ Transformation Agent and I am completely loving it, and my clients too.
