Dee Wells is the Founder & Kickstorian at OSD, a multi-media and brand marketing company that works with clients in the footwear industry such as adidas, Converse, Nike, New Balance and Reebok, to name a few.
Having grown up in the US Virgins Islands and specifically on the beautiful island of St. John, where he and his family are deeply rooted in the community, Dee learned at a very young age that life is about learning, growing and sharing one’s talents.
Having worked in higher education, recruitment, and mortgage banking, Dee has been able to apply the various skills that he’s acquired over the years to his current ventures involving magazine publishing, footwear consulting and teaching photography and filmmaking skills to high school students in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Dee is also the creative mind behind the Obsessive Sneaker Disorder Talk Show & Podcast, the longest running sneaker talk show of it’s kind.
What began as a one-person show in 2007, it has since grown an added 8 cast members who’ve interviewed guests such as Tinker Hatfield (Nike VP of Special Projects and Designer of Air Jordan sneakers), Chi McBride (Actor, ABC’s Pushing Daisies and Fox’s Boston Public), MC Shan (Juice Crew), Bobbito Garcia (Publisher of Bounce Magazine and filmmaker of “Doin’ It In The Park”).
In 2011, Dee, along with 3 business partners, co-founded Future Focus Media Co-op & Youth Training Institute, which is an incorporated owner-worker cooperative business that also teaches youth skills such as photography, videography and website creation.
