Nicholas DeFraia

I am currently a third year student at Touro Law, interning with the Senior Citizens Law Program at Touro Law Center. In addition I interned with the United States Attorneys Office this past fall. These experiences have helped to hone my research, writing, analytical skills and client counseling skills. I have represented clients under the student practice order and observe court room proceedings.

Additionally, I have gained an immeasurable amount of experience in American Trial Courts, a class offered at Touro, which provided me with the opportunity to draft, prepare, and litigate various motions and other documents. American Trial Courts also provided me with the experience to interact with criminal, civil, and commercial judges and attend numerous court proceedings. Prior to law school I interned in a busy real estate law practice and gained valuable experience with real estate closings.

My education and past experiences have allowed me to become an efficient worker, and a valuable asset to any firm or organziation I have worked for.
