I work closely with the CEO's of the nations top start-ups to find them the right candidate, with the right skill set, at the right time. My job is rewarding in that I not only find my candidates an opportunity that will change their lives, but I'm changing the way that my start-ups operate. I find them the best talent in the area that will positively and dramatically impact their product and services. I love my job, my product is ever changing, and the tech industry is fast paced.

I mainly work with start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies in the Bay area, but have clients nationwide as I work remotely from the mountains of Sun Valley, Idaho.

I'm motivated by challenges and a fast-paced atmosphere. I like to network and build relationships with everyone that I work with. My passion is travel, health, & sport. I have traveled extensively throughout Western Europe, Israel, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Mexico, Taiwan, & Australia. I am an avid climber, mountain biker, skier and outdoor adventurer.
