Deidre Marie Pope

Since I have started college, my interest in math as lead me down the path to becoming a corporate accountant. After graduation I plan to make Charlotte, NC my home. After settling into my new home, I hope to work with a well known company for 10-15 years and get great experience working as accountant before I set out on my own. My goal is to own and run a Physical Therapist office and be the head accountant.

Currently I am attending Francis Marion University. I am a junior and my expected graduation date is set for the Spring in 2017. I was enrolled in the School of Business in the Fall 2014. I have been studying accounting for two years. I am in the top 10% of seniors/juniors in the School of Business. I have made the dean list twice in the Fall 2013 and Fall 2014.

I am not only a math lover, but a passionate dancer which at the tender age of 8 I began to "bust a move" and I have not stop dancing since. I have trained in dancing styles such as jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, and a little of tap.
