Deisy Rolon

Deisy Rolon Originally from Jalisco /Colima Mexico. Deisy’s mom Elizabeth brought her to California from Jalisco Mexico at the age of 6. Deisy was taken away from her mom not too much longer after she got to California from Mexico. After already having been abused from her former baby sitter, her grandma, uncle and mom Deisy was put into a foster home at the age of 6 . At the age of 8 Deisy went back to her mom at which point her mom decided to take up cosmetology herself. As a matter of fact her mom used her as her model in one of her assignments. Deisy remembers thinking her mom was beautiful and would always watch her mom as she would get dressed and do her make up as she would get ready to go out with her step dad. Her mom not knowing how to balance her life led to her abuse toward Deisy which led to Deisy going back into the Foster system. At the age of 12 Deisy started to notice other kids in school liked her style. She not being to confident started realizing that she began to be a trend setter. Girls started asking if they can do her hair and they started asking what brand eyeshadow and color was she wearing. From their Deisy would take thing she saw from others and made it her own. In high school Deisy had a hot tool curler and a flat iron she would use on her high school friends. And her own foster mother who was African America would let Deisy do her hair. In one of many foster homes Deisy was in, Deisy had 4 foster sisters she called cousins in Los Angeles CA . They taught her how to do her own twisty’s and braids and corn roles. Deisy Being Mexican but looked mixed had a lot of attentention from her pears which complimented her styles. So it is safe to say that being in cosmetology and the beauty industry was always meant to be For Deisy Rolon. Not only has she done hair and make-up but she used to model. Her future Goals are Stability for her and her now two boys. She would like to be to them the family she never had. Deisy took cosmetology cores at Los Angeles Trade Technology school. Deisy has done Make up for chocolate Knut cracker . First Lady’s high Tea fashion show also make up. She did hair and make for clients for Sterling Davis clients he is a script writer and a producer. And she would love to continue her education for her AA and BA in business management. Also she would love to add Fashion on to the beautician part of her license. She would love to own her own business and do a lot of event hair and make-up and one day even
