Hi! I’m Jane—a consultant, foster-care advocate, trained CASA volunteer, and proud McDonough resident. I bring 25+ years of strategic marketing experience, plus an unusual talent for helping small children choose the perfect gourmet ice-cream flavor. I’m a graduate of the College of William & Mary and completed digital marketing studies at the Wharton School of Business.

I was raised by remarkable parents who shaped how I lead and serve. My dad, the pioneering Atlanta real-estate developer behind Guilford Forest and Magnolia Circle, taught me to think big and build community. My stepmother, Dr. Gloria Blackwell, a Civil Rights Hall of Fame inductee, and NAACP organizer, who helped desegregate hospitals in South Carolina, taught me courage and purpose. My mother taught me excellence even in small things and by 5th grade- how to make a full homemade meal and homemade cake for dessert. From scratch.

I currently serve as President of the City Square HOA, where since 2023 our leadership team has invested over $150,000 in 30+ safety and beautification projects.
