Potential friend, or colleague, my name is 𝒟𝑒𝓁𝒶. I am a creative industries student at Ryerson University, in my second year. I'm an aspiring entrepreneur, author, filmmaker, actress, and kickass female.

You're reading this, which means you're reading a part of me. Like everyone else I am composed of many parts. I learn new things about myself everyday.Piecing the puzzle that is me, is a journey I will embark on for the rest of my life, as Albert Einstein said, "intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death".

I believe the best way to describe myself is to list my passions, the things that set my soul on fire. I've been enchanted by the arts since childhood. I started singing, and acting in plays, later on dabbling with dance. Through school I figured out my talent for storytelling. Film, literature and music speak to me in ways I want to speak to the world.

Now my interest in intellectual pursuits have grown. I began writing poetry as a form of internal expression. I also write creatively, screenplays are one of my favorite projects. I am developing my voice as an actress, having recently graduated an LB acting class- a prominent acting studio in Toronto.

I work part time at a dental clinic, and juggle that with school. Surely I force myself to mould into these positions for practical reasons, but I am constantly working on projects that will set me apart as an artist. I believe it's my responsibility to translate my growth. I have a deep desire to manifest the beauty and ugliness I see around me, to sets of eyes other than my own, through mediums like film, music, literature.

I aspire to have pieces of my writing published, to establish my brand on social media, and to collaborate with interesting people, and learn from them. Through this I can ensure my continual growth as an artist.
