Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Monica started dancing at age 3. She started competitively dancing at age 10 and carried out until she graduated high school. Training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hiphop, pointe, tap, lyrical, and street jazz, Monica won numerous regional and national titles during her competition days: Miss Dancer’s Inc 2012, Dancer of the Year 2014, and finished out as Top Senior Dancer of Onstage New York’s National Finale.After graduating high school, monica went on to train in New York City at the Joffrey Ballet School for Jazz & Contemporary. She worked professionally as a member of MardelDance Company and was a featured dancer in Noah Urrea’s “Love You Like Crazy” and Danielle Prou’s “Destined to Be” music videos.Currently Monica is at the Relativity School studying Commercial Dance, where she is among only 11 other dancers. Occasionally Monica will return to the east coast to teach and choreograph, but considers Los Angeles her new home. She is represented by the Movement Talent Agency where she continues to audition and work professionally.
