Pastor Dele Matthews is the Presiding pastor of THE CITY WITH FOUNDATIONS, an apostolic commission based in the city of Abuja.

The church aims at bringing believers into the Fullness of Christ.

He holds a monthly Minister's program titled "MINISTERS' FORUM' holding every last Saturday of the month. He also holds an annual kingdom Summit tagged "FULNESS CONFERENCE", an apostolic meeting designed to bring all men into the fullness of Christ.

Pastor Dele Matthews has an outreach ministry to young people in the universities and host the "YOUNG CHRISTIAN LEADERS FORUM"
