I founded Art Film File with the aim to provide film fans with newsworthy interviews, feature articles, reviews, and general tidbits about the independent and foreign film industry.

When I'm not writing about film, I can be found spending time with my 11 year old son, or enjoying timely reruns of my favorite British shows: Absolutely Fabulous, Wire In The Blood, Miranda, Cold Feet, Spooks and Call The Midwifeare some of my all-time favorites.

Although I love being a freelance writer, it's my dream to have the experience of working in the newsroom of The New York Times or The Washington Post. Broadcast media is not something that as a journalist I see myself doing, but I admit that I have always loved radio. This inspired me to plan the launch of my first podcast show, Film Soundswhich will be available very soon.
