Delia Coleman
Strategy & Policy in Chicago, Illinois
When I was in the 6th grade, my first act of activism was a petition to end the Dickensian playground rules cramping our recess. I may or may not have quoted Patrick Henry in my letter to the PTA. In any case, the 6th graders won and my passion for justice, equity, and fairness was born.
By day, I create a thriving social impact sector with a leading statewide organization for social impact organizations, philanthropy, and advisors to both.
By night, I'm the Board Co-Chair for the Chicago Abortion Fund and a donor to causes that make an impact on women and girls, in racial justice, and economic security.
