Delia Rodríguez de Llera González received her Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) in 2002, a M.Sc. in Complex Adaptive Systems from Chalmers University of Technology (CTH) in Göteborg, Sweden in 2002, and a M.Sc. in System-on-Chip Design from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden, in 2003. She joined CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research), Geneva, Switzerland, in 2002 and became a CERN fellow in 2003. She obtained her Ph.D. degree at the Royal Institute of Technology in 2008 working in the field of methodologies and tools for the design and optimization of multi-standard radio receivers. Dr. Rodríguez became Adjunct Professor at the Carlos III University, Madrid, Spain in 2008, position that she held until 2012. In 2009 she joined Thales España to lead the activity in Spain of GERAC, a subsidiary of the Thales Group specialized in electromagnetic compatibility working mainly on the Aerospace and Defense industry. She obtained her MBA at IE Business School in 2012 and became a Beta Gamma Sigma Lifetime Member shortly afterwards. In 2017 she joined CT Ingenieros as Business Development Manager. She became the Electronics and Software Development Business Unit Manager in 2021, position that she currently holds. She has co-authored and co-edited over 20 scientific publications in the form of journal and conference proceeding papers, editorials, books, and book chapters. She serves as Startup Business Mentor at Fundación madri+d since 2016, as Committee Member at the Spanish Institute of Engineering since 2018, and as Women in Technology Mentor at CERN since 2020. Delia became an Executive Coach at IE Business School in 2017 and has been helping executives reach their goals ever since. In 2022, she resumed her teaching activity joining UNIR as Adjunct Professor.
