I am passionate about using technology to connect people, build communities, solve everyday problems and streamline slow or inefficient processes.

Currently I am the founder of StylePass (www.stylepass.com.au), a technology platform that powers fashion style advice Apps and web-sites for retailers.

StylePass is a turn-key solution for retailers wanting to connect with their customers and drive sales using digital technology. It engages customers on the purchasing journey in a personal and timely way, which leads to strong sales results.

In the past I founded Australia's #1 babysitting website 'Find A Babysitter'.

After launching in 2005, this start-up grew rapidly to become a market leading site in Australia, gained considerable media coverage in print, online and tv.

We won the 2008 National Telstra Business Award for microbusiness, 3AW's Small Business Award in April 2009 and sold to Fairfax in December 2009.

I have a B. App. Sc (Speech Pathology) and specialised in treating adults with acquired brain injury before moving in to tech startups.

I also have a Masters in Human Resource Development (University of Minnesota).

When not at work, you'll find me playing at home in Melbourne with my gorgeous family!
