Louise and Stuart

We've been living and working in Meribel since 2004, having worked in hospitality prior to our first season in the Alps. Today, we have our own catered ski chalet in Meribel, France, and we are very proud of the holidays we offer. Catering for groups of up to 16 skiers, we make good food and good company as much a part of your chalet holiday as the great skiing there is to be had in the Three Valleys. Louise has worked in professional kitchens for twenty years, and our own chalet cook book gives a flavour of the amazing dishes we serve for our guests each winter.

Of course, a great chalet holiday needs really great skiing, and that's where our local knowledge and expertise come in: having been based in the resort for so long, we know Meribel skiing as well as anyone and are always glad of the chance to share our passion for the region with our guests.
