I'm an adhd, bipolar hairdresser (if your hairdresser isn't, find a new one) who is learning how to deal with living a 'normal' lifestyle with my husband and step-son. I've had over 20 years of manic living followed by 4 years of slowly dawning self awareness and now that the pieces are finally fitting togetther and making sense, I've finally found my "voice" again. It feels pretty damn good.
