Delilah Cruz

Delilah Cruz is a self-taught leader who has a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. She is currently a student at The Pennsylvania State University where she will be receiving her B.A. in Media Studies under the College of Communications. Throughout her college career, she's held executive board positions in student clubs in which she's learned how to strategically manage to expertise her organizational skills that only helped her achieve.

During college, Delilah became fascinated with finding ways to help nourish the prosperity of others. She had then developed an enduring ambition towards philanthropy work and decided she will make it her life goal to help others. In the midst of her senior year, she then founded DDC (A Dream Dedicated to Change), an up and coming non-profit organization. DDC is geared towards helping the empowerment of youth around the world. Upon graduation of college, Delilah is looking to work for a company that will only strengthen her communications management skills. She is also looking into entrepreneurial work in which each of the businesses she develops, a percentage of all profits will continue to keep DDC alive.

Delilah has participated in various internships within the communications field such as working for State College's local television station myTV WHVL, Fox's American Idol, Account Associate for The Dream Agency's Public Relations Company, Virtual Intern for Braathe Enterprises and even helped a live webcast for THON, her school's largest event of the year in which millions of dollars are raised every year. Within each opportunity that was presented to her, she has acquired knowledge inside the communications field that she will use to become an ideal candidate for a communications based position upon hire.
