With over 20 years of experience in health and wellness education and human development, I specialize in equipping and empowering individuals to strengthen their mind, body, and spirit—so they can model wholeness, and achieve their personal and professional goals while leading thriving families.

From PE Coach and Health Educator to Mom of Four, Wellness Strategist, and Director of Student Wellness Programs at Journeyman Ink, I've remained committed to cultivating whole-person wellness for both youth and adults.

At Journeyman Ink, I serve by building intentional and collaborative relationships with clients and partners and supporting impactful social-emotional learning initiatives, including DaVerse Lounge, a creative platform using movement, music, art, and storytelling to foster well-being and cultivate more connected communities.

What drives me: My journey as a first-generation college graduate, former collegiate basketball captain, devoted wife and mom of four, and daughter who lost her mother to cancer has shaped my deep commitment to women's and family wellness. I've witnessed firsthand how generational health challenges—both physical and emotional—can shape a family.

Current focus: I specialize in faith-based lifestyle medicine for busy, high-performing sports moms and families —offering realistic, personalized strategies that honor each woman's season of life. Because when moms thrive, their athletes and families thrive, too.

Community Impact: I proudly serve as a Women's Wellness Ambassador with The Beauty Boost Dallas, a wellness community that hosts holistic events and experiences across North Texas in partnership with local and national brands committed to elevating women's wellness.

Based in Irving, Texas, I blend evidence-based wellness practices with authentic relationship-building to create lasting change in my community—and in the lives of women and their families.
