Deluxxis Homes and Consults was inspired by the founder, who having worked in the hospitality and real estate industry for 3 years discovered that luxury apartments and real estate attracted a premium cost in an inflated economy, which has led to overpriced real estate, reduced ratings in client satisfaction and abandoned bookings due to budget misfit. These concerns resulted in the need to create a brand that affords you appropriate pricing on premium properties and a slice of luxury on a budget.
