An arbitrator and mediator with an extensive background, Dementian Guschov began preparing for his career by studying business administration at the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a bachelor of arts. Mr. Guschov then gained admission to the Wentworth Institute of Technology to earn a degree in architectural engineering and thereafter completed his training with the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where he earned additional credentials relevant to his profession. As an executive constantly seeking to advance his knowledge, Dementian Guschov has completed several supplementary courses in dispute resolution training with such institutions as the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution and DART. At present, Mr. Guschov utilizes his training and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) experience as president and chief executive officer of the Andover Management Corporation in Middleton, Massachusetts, as a neutral mediator and arbitrator in disputes concerning architecture and engineering.
In addition to fulfilling his professional responsibilities, Dementian Guschov gives back to his community by providing support to his church and other local charities. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, experiencing new places and cultures through travel, and spending time with his family.
