Licensed Practical Nurse with 7 years of experience: I have experience with geriatric and young adults. My goal is to assist individuals with medical challenges. I will attempt to make life as normal as possible. Showing compassion and support, to give special attention to detail in order to observe changes in individuals condition and having the ability to deal with challenging behaviors. I can monitor vital signs and make sure medical equipment is functioning properly.

I provide services no matter how small or large. If companionship is all that is needed that will be provided as well.

* Chenal Health and Rehab- Administered medications, supervised CNA's, Documented pertinent information regarding patients. Monitored blood sugar and administered insulin. IV fluids administered.

* ElmCroft Assisted Living- Monitored pts and provided direct pt care. Administered medications, and assisted with activities.

* Maumelle Health and Rehab- Administered medications, monitored CNA's performance, Injections and IV fluids administered. Treatments performed and site monitored for signs and symptoms of infection.

* Care IV- Cared for children with trachs and vents. Monitored equipment to make sure it was performing properly. Administered nutrition through peg tube or g-button.

* Methodist Behavioral Hospital- Monitor and document behaviors of children. Administer medications and injections. Provide emotional support.

*Associate of Applied Science with an emphasis in office management.
