Demitria Griggs

Demitria Griggs assumed her first management role with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in 2001. As Work Director in the Fraud Department, Griggs oversaw a staff of 14, performed supervisory functions assisting management in work distribution, volume control, and auditing the quality of processed claims. The following year Demitria Griggs took a position as Operations Manager with Wells Fargo Bank. Griggs’ role there expanded beyond fraud claims to encompass Regulation E dispute mediation and hiring and termination responsibilities. Serving as a Financial Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank from 2004 to 2005, Demitria Griggs compiled and analyzed financial data, performing general ledger monitoring duties and responding to Program Manager inquiries. Griggs accepted a position as Business Systems Consultant in 2005, taking on multiple responsibilities as project administrator and project analyst. Since 2008, Demitria Griggs has served as Project Manager for Corporate Technology and Data at Wells Fargo Bank, managing the technical aspects of introducing new products and business processes. In this position, Griggs actively interfaces with business partners, meeting defined goals through prompt delivery of product. Demitria Griggs also takes responsibility for adhering to all deadlines, budgetary constraints, and quality thresholds as projects progress. Regularly interfacing with executive leadership through presentations on project status, Griggs communicates with all parties affected by projects. Demitria Griggs has additionally worked for Chancellor University, one of the oldest business universities in the country, since 2009. In her position as Training Specialist, Griggs maintains responsibility for arranging online training courses targeted at incoming Chancellor faculty members. Demitria Griggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University, as well as a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. In her free time, Griggs enjoys reading, writing, and collecting vintage items.
