Demetria Katsanos

Demetria Katsanos serves as director of operations for an interior design firm based in New York City. In her leadership role, she coordinates staff-training programs and helps the company’s divisions determine appropriate staffing levels. Beyond these responsibilities, Demetria Katsanos strives to enhance profitability by establishing enterprise partnerships with outside organizations and managing budgetary concerns like capital movement.

When not working, Demetria Katsanos stays active by playing golf and tennis. She also watches the latter sport and counts tennis legend Rod Laver and current professional player Maria Sharapova among her favorite athletes.

Outside of sports, she enjoys reading literature, with her favorite title being A Rose in Winter by Kathleen Woodiwiss. She is currently working on a book of her own that details strategies to help woman secure more powerful positions in the business world.

Ms. Katsanos also listens to popular musicians like Sting, whom she appreciates for his commitment to charities focusing on human rights. She herself supports several nonprofits, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
