Demetria Moore

Spearheading M Urban, the choice destination for high rise living in Orange County, Los Angels, San Diego and Las Vegas, Demetria extends her passion for sales and service excellence with more than a decade of expertise; and as a local Southern California resident for the past 25 years, has become well acquainted with urban development projects, along with the communal lifestyle they offer.

Promoting and expanding M LUXexchange, M Urban and M Destination programs for the McMonigle Team, her focus lies in marketing sales and advertising opportunities for developers, projects, destination clubs and resort communities.

Prior to joining the Teles Properties, Demetria was the director of sales and design for Studio Snaidero Laguna, a high end Italian kitchen and bath cabinetry showroom. While with the designer, she was responsible for the client development and management of Snaidero USA's first OC multi-housing high-rise project ? The Plaza Irvine Towers I and II, along with 3000 the Plaza.

A former LA model, she has maintained a well rounded career in both project and operational management, with strong client relations and marketing rapport. With a father as a professional baseball player, Demetria is well traveled, and has lived coast to coast, including Puerto Rico and Venezuela. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Girls and Boys Club of Orange County, and is currently taking flying lessons.
