Hello, I'm Demetrius Washington. I've been a part of the Jack Henry family for eight years, working as a Senior Installation Manager in Enterprise Payment Solutions. Within the company, I hold several roles, such as President of the Mosaic of People at Jack Henry Business Innovation Group (BIG), a Purpose Ambassador, member of the Ethics Steering Committee, and an Inclusive & Equitable Language team member.
My educational journey includes earning an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Marquette University and a business management degree from Ottawa University. I furthered my studies by obtaining an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and an Associates in Commercial Real Estate certificate from Marquette University. I take pride in my Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from the Kapor Center, which reflects my commitment to promoting these values.
Before my time at Jack Henry, I started my career at US Bank and later worked with Metavante/FIS, Fiserv, and Intuit. Beyond my professional life, I'm deeply involved in my community, dedicating my time and skills to various nonprofit organizations. Currently, I serve as the President of the National Black MBA Association Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter, embodying my passion for community service and leadership.
