I have been working in the student recruitment for years. I have expanded my experience in International student recruitment currently reside in Nigeria.

I work as International Recruitment Consultant. I am responsible for coordinating service delivery to Agents foreign students. I train staff from different recruitment agents, planning of EDUFAIR events for agents and 6 months support services for new agents till they find fits in the industry. I excel in implementing international recruitment strategies in competitive environments.

I have team organized exhibitions and cross-cultural programs for prospective International students. I have worked on some projects throughout my years in the industry. What is crucial for me when starting one is to get very clear on the goals right at the start and then create a plan.

Advising international students with visa status to Australia, Canada, USA, Asia, New Zealand, UK and other European Countries on program offerings, selection, and application/participation process while guiding them through all documentation, paperwork and legal regulations.

Counseling, guiding, mentoring and supporting students through academic, cultural, weather, social, accommodation, telecommunication, Airport pick up, Insurance, medicals, security, payment/finance solution, internship/work experience, post-degree job placement, travel services and visa/immigration transitions to facilitate positive and beneficial foreign student experiences.

Planning and coordinating of educational exhibition and visa counseling section mentor program for international students.

For my passion for international student recruitment I have been to huge Nigeria/Ghana educational exhibitions/training such as NAVITAS, Austrade, PFL, BCIE, CEG, KAPLAN, INTO, STUDYGROUP, SHORELIGHT, summer/Language Schools and other direct school partners training for agents.

High rate international students recruitment is based on my experience and database of referrals, partnership with Language schools, pathway programs, educational agents/representative, five star international schools, business to business, person to person strategies, Universities, among other organizations interested in international education.

My interests range from education to technology. I am also interested in innovation, travel, and entrepreneurship.
